The focus at Bionetix<\/span>\u00ae <\/span>is on cleaning up the environment safely and naturally. As an extension of that, we want what\u2019s best for our customers and employees, too. For this purpose, we take time now and then to check in with each other as a team and discuss what we can do to improve our processes for better quality and safety.<\/span><\/p>\nDuring one brainstorming session, our team found ways to improve production speed and also reduce the risk of quality issues on final products made from high viscosity raw materials that are difficult to pump out of their containers. By working together to figure out a solution, the team discovered that the use of specially designed
\nheating blankets would speed up production while also improving employee safety and the quality of final blends.<\/span><\/p>\nAnother time, the team discussed the challenges of working with raw material powders in large quantities. As part of a Q&A session, the group evaluated which types of masks are needed to block fine particles of raw materials, which, although good for the environment, still need to be handled responsibly by those who work with them all the time.<\/span><\/p>\n
Most recently, Bionetix<\/span>\u00ae <\/span>managers met with the head office to review processes related to shipping and handling, QA testing, and product mixing and blending. This training and consultation session helped us put sound steps in place to move forward in our goals of continual improvement to achieve the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction as we work together for a healthier environment for the benefit of us all!<\/span><\/p>\n
